Creme Caramel
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
3 eggs
¼ bread loaf
3 tablespoon sugar
1teaspoon vanilla
Ingredients for Caramel:
The juice of ½ a lemon.
1 big spoon of boiled water
4 big spoons sugary water
2 big spoons water
Steps:

Start with making the caramel by heating the water and
sugar till the sugar dissolves, then add the lemon juice
then reheat till it turns to caramel then add a spoon of
water to prevent the caramel from solidifying.

Pour the hot caramel in a big in a big deep pan or in
smaller ones so that the quantity poured would cover the
whole bottom. Then leave them to cool and solidify then
grease the sides of the pans.
The making of the custard:

Put the sugar in the milk and pour it in a bowl.

Beat the eggs, then add the vanilla and add it to the
milk.

Peal the surface of the bread and soak the dough of the
bread in the previous mixture for an hour

Put the pans in a trey full of warm water till its lever
reaches half the height of the pans and put it in the
oven for an hour to an hour and a half providing
neither the water nor the custard boil.

Leave the pans in a cool place or put them in the
refrigerator.
