Ashoura
Ingredients:
1½ cup of wheat (whole grains) clean and
pealed
4 cups of milk
1½ cup of sugar (use sugar to taste)
Assorted nuts pealed and toasted
½ cup of raisin
Steps:

Cover wheat with water (tap water) and
leave to soften for 4-6 hours.

Drain wheat and then cover it with water
in a deep pan.

Place it over medium heat while wheat is
soft enough (to taste).

Beat ¼ cup of the cooled wheat in the
food processor while completely mashed.

Drain remaining wheat and add mashed
wheat, sugar and hot milk gradually.

Blend well and add raisin and some nuts.
-
Let it cool then serve it in semi plate
(deep) and decorate its top with nuts.

Put it in the refrigerator.

If the Ashoura is not required thick
than add milk
