Ingredients:
½ kg flour
3 cups water
2 tea spoon yeast melted in warm water
Pinch of salt
Frying oil
2 cup syrup (see the instructions for the syrup)
Steps:

Add the water to the salt, flour, and melted yeast

Bake the mixed ingredients until it becomes soft and
cohesive

Leave it for 3 hours

With the help of one of your parents heat the oil in the
frying pan

shape the dough into small balls
-
With the help of one of your parents take each ball wet
it and put in the frying pan

Shake the balls constantly until they turn to a golden
color

When the balls reach the right color puts them in the
cold syrup.
The syrup
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar.
1 ½ cup water.
The juice of ½ a lemon.
2 table spoon rose water
Steps:

With the help of one of your parents melt the sugar in
the water on a medium temperature, stir constantly
until it boils

Add the lemon juice and let it boil for 10 minutes
without stirring or until it becomes thick

Take the syrup off the oven and add to it the rose water
