Egypt Daily News - Sources have reported, about violent explosions rocking the Palestinian city of Rafah, resulting from the Israeli army launching a series of raids against agricultural lands.

Earlier today, the Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine at the League of Arab States, Ambassador Muhannad Al-Aklouk, announced that the State of Palestine had submitted a request to hold an extraordinary session of the League Council at the level of permanent delegates as soon as possible, in light of the continuation of the crime of genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the escalation of The Israeli aggression and settler terrorism in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, and the United States’ use of its veto in the Security Council against the State of Palestine obtaining full membership in the United Nations.
